First, widows will be given the top priority or preference. If no widow applies, then the next preference will go to a divorced woman. If neither a widow nor a divorced woman is available, then the job will be offered to an orphan female candidate.
Age Limit for HELPER/AYAA Posts
To apply for the Helper or AAYA post, there is a fixed age limit. The female candidate’s age must be between 18 and 45 years as on 1st January 2025. This means the female candidate should not be younger than 18 years or older than 45 years on that date.

The monthly salary or rumeration for the Helper or AAYA vacancy is Rs. 5,000/-. This is the fixed amount that the selected candidate will receive each month.
